Wife here - The MOD on duty by the name of Liz is beyond rude and nasty and clearly does not work well under pressure. I went in looking for an undergarment. After waiting on such a long line, the cashier explained to me that there was no price tag. He told me I could go look for another. Sadly there wasn’t so I grabbed one that was similar. As I arrived back at the register (which took me no more than 1 minute) the manager started yelling at the cashier for “slowing down” the line and then tells me, I couldn’t have the undergarment instead of helping me out. Mind you, I’m paying almost $300 in items. And I wasn’t the only one that had an issue with her. Seems like she was worrying about all the wrong things. I have worked in Burlington in the past as a supervisor and have never witnessed anything of this behavior. NEVER again will I ever go back to this location again. Which is sad because this use to be my favorite location. I use to send all my friends and family here. No more.
