My friend went there a few days ago and asked politely if he could smoke. the customer representative was very rude to the customer stevewilldoit. I personally think you should not give this place the love and attention it needs as it does not care about their customers!! They also sell broken cars

In one word, Horrible experience ever purhasing my car at BLM Motors. Had to call more than 15 times over the span of 2 months to get my old car paid off. But this is not all, to start after driving my new car for a whole week, Vince at the Finance Dep. called me that had to come up with an addtional $10,000 because the bank did not approve the original deal. (Helloooo) a week later?? After we were congratulated on our new purchase and all documents signed! Well, we had to go back and sign all documents again. But guess what, not once but 3 times! On 3 different occacions in a time frame of 45 days. On top of that, my treade-in had already been taken by them and all the money of my trade-in ($14,700) was not enough. So, they asked me for an additional $10,000, for a total of $24,700 as down payment. Meanwhile, I was still paying for a car that wasn't mine anymore but they had not issued a payoff; and driving a car that seams to still belong to them. It came the time to make my first payment, as per the loan documents, but according to BLM the bank (Bank of America) had not finalized the paper work. What?? almost 2 moths after?? Yesss! So, I had to issue the 1st payment to them beacuse otherwise my credit will be affected. No sense at all but followed their instructions. Two weeks later, a new call from Vince; they were refunding back my payment as Bank of America finalized the paper work and now the 1st payment was to be sent to them. What is this whole mess! Well, it is been 3 months since my purchase and the nightmare continues. After all this time, I decided to call them since I was owed a refund between the amount of my payoff and the amount they agreed to pay for my old car. And not to my surprise, the check had not been done. To finalize, after 3 long months, my check is much less than the amount suppost to be received! But to make things worse, a new tag was issued, and they never gave me the actual registration, but a temporary which lasted 30 days and when got the plate they forgot to give me the actual registration, so it wasn't until a couple of days after when I realized that registration was missing, as otherwise, they would have never contacted me. The whole purchase was an ordeal. This people don't know what they are doing, no wonder they have so many bad reviews. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!

Mario made sure I had a excellent experience at Brickell Luxury Motors while buying my Porsche 911. I had been researching Porsche 911s (the 991) for about 2 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Living in Tampa (4 hour drive to Miami), the deal was setup in advance on the phone with Mario and he insured the car was immaculate and answered any questions I had. It went very smooth. When I got there, Mario and the team made sure my experience was a memorable one. The car was exactly stated as online and was in immaculate condition just as Mario stated on the phone. I did all my fundamental checks, test drove it - which was my favorite part :) and bought it! Mario and his team made the car buying process extremely easy!
