My wife and I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Mike and we had such a fantastic experience I felt compelled to share my experience. We were very impressed with the whole car buying process because Mike made it a breeze. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Buying cars is one of my favorite things in the whole world to do - it's a bit of a game for me. I frequently encounter car salespeople who 1)don't know their product, or assume they know more than I do, 2)look at me and think I'm in the market for a minivan or similar land barge, 3)want to try the ubiquitous car sales tactics on me, or 4)all of the above. Imagine my happy surprise when Ben (nor anyone at Woodhouse, for that matter) did zero of these things, not even a tiny whiff!! If/when someone tries to pull this nonsense on me, I take great pleasure in wasting as much of their time as possible before walking off their lot with a combination of amusement and disgust. As much as I enjoy this, I far moreso appreciate immediately getting down to serious business and effortlessly buying the car I came to buy, and that's exactly what happened here. So, then, you understand why, after this experience and driving our new Elantra N for 48 hours, the idea of getting a 2nd one, and returning to Woodhouse for it (2 states and 1000 miles away from us) has crossed my mind <3

Had one of the best car buying experience here! My sale rep was Monte who was great to work with. He was honest about my trade in value and kept me in constant communication regarding the delivery of the vehicle. Blake the finance manager was also honest and wasn't pushy on things I didn't need, only recommended what was needed. If your looking for a Hyundai I would go here!

Worst car dealership and worst car service ever I had. Today I took my car to change oil and ask them to check my car breaks.My wife took car back to home after oil change but on the way to home she noticed some this is wrong. When she come home I did the test drive I feel same. I took it back to dealership service on the way the car was front wheels was running waggle. When we reached there the service person did test drive we can see front wheels waggle and we found the knot bolts was not tight. All the four knot bolt was loose. I was so upset because how reckless they can be with out checking or doing test drive they return the car. If on the road accident happen or anything wrong happens to us who will be responsible. I don’t feel safe doing car service with this Irresponsible Woodhouse dealership.

Yes. I asked them if they preferred it but they told me as long as it was certified oil change place..Jiffy, Jensen.
It should be the same as a normal sales purchase o would think. When I got my lease they gave me a packet to take to the DMV.
