The girl who assisted me was so nice and knowledgeable. I don't remember her name but she was a black girl. She helped me and my daughter purchase a pair of guinea pigs and everything I would need for them. She was very helpful. The guy who rung me up was helpful as well and helped me bring the large box I had to my car and loaded it as well. He was a young white gentlemen. Everyone was really nice and polite.

The Grooming Salon is awesome! They always get excited to see Cilantro (my pitbull) and do an awesome job with him even though he gets really nervous. We tried the Petsmart in Glades and 441 and they wouldnt take Cilantro, they said he is aggressive but he has never been aggressive towards anyone. We will never change from this location. Groomer Iris is awesome btw!!!

This store is the one place that carries our cat’s favorite food so we are already customers, but that was cemented by our trip to buy supplies for our new puppy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I highly recommend Gabby in the grooming department. Been going to her for years with all my dogs. She is excellent at what she does with all of my pets I do a express service. Thanks Gabby and thanks Brandon who answered phone and gave excellent customer service
