Horrible experience!! Ordered 10 boxes for my kids party the night before to be delivered at 1245pm. Delivery man calls me at 12pm that he is on his way. I tell him it is too early and ask if they can redeliver at my scheduled time so the pizzas aren’t sitting getting cold. He says no va problem. At 2pm I call and they say the driver said you didn’t want the pizza so we canceled the order. When I explained what really happened they told me well we’re busy so what do you want to do. I had to place a new order and wait another hour for it to arrive. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All they offered was to send me a free pizza now.

Papa johns has always been my favorite processed pizza. I love the garlic sauce! It’s a MUST!! But last night I ordered the new large cheesy stuffed crust pizza and I was not impressed. ): my food tasted rubery and had very little sauce making the pizza really dry. Even the garlic sauce didn’t help. (And it always does…) 3 stars for me this time. Sorry guys!

Honestly, this Papa John’s has never disappointed us! My kids don’t particularly like to eat Papa John’s pizza but I don’t mind it! Anyhow.... this pizza has always been cheesy here! I’m not a fan of their hot wings but my kids and husband enjoy them!

Ok guys i had to do a review about this Papa Johns i ordered my food online and said that it will be ready at 2:00 pm i got to Papa Johns at 2:15pm and after paying for my food it was 2:20 pm i took one of the jalapeno poppers and eat it which was extremely cold so i asked the guy why is it cold he said because it was ready at 2 and its now 2:20 pm. I did not mind that because maybe i was too late, i got to my job and when i open the sandwich folders that i bought chicken was only on the one side which was another disappointment. I will never never ever ever eat or order anything from Papa Johns as long as i live. I'm really dissatisfy with the service and the quality of food that they sold me.
