Molasses slow here. Workers talking to someone in the lobby with people waiting. One person got tired of waiting for a sandwich, paid for a donut, wasn't refunded for the sandwich. My sandwich was good they lose 2 stars for talking so much and not focusing on work with customers waiting though.

The regular staff is amazing and work very hard to try and please customers. However I am not sure if he is the owner or GM but I overheard that he really asked his employee to provide a picture of his mother in the hospital bed???? He treats everyone there like they’re stupid.

Brenda made my experience enjoyable. We had a issue with the coffee and rectified it immediately. Brenda is always peasant with her warm smile. The ambience is very nice because of the outdoor seating. They are always fast and efficient with their orders. There is never a line and they always have heavy traffic. The butterpeacan is the best coffee
