🗣️ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I made an online order and when I got to the store it wasn't ready! Employees was talking loud and yelling at each other in front of customers. (Unprofessional) The thirty wings I ordered was so nasty, My kids didn't like the food either ugh. I'll NEVER visit this location again. 🤢🤮👎

If i could rate 0 stars i would. this is the worst wing stop ever. there are no adults working there, only teenagers who truly couldn't care less about your food. Orders are never right, and customer service is terrible. I need it to be shut down and every worker trained properly.

This location is a disgrace to the company.... employees did not care at all. From cursing to being on their phones. Lobby was full of customers, waiting over 30 minutes for their order. I could imagine how long the people who were there before me were waiting. A young lady with black curly hair instead of asking properly whose order belongs to who. She'd say "You got John doe" very unprofessional. No one answer she shrubb her shoulders and put the food down. One customer was angry because she was waiting, she came in twice asking for her food and she left furious and snatched the bag the same young girl earlier told another girl with braids I guess the manager and the manager response was she didn't care. No one had on company shirts except one person. I promise that location need better management and people who actually cares and wants to represent the company.

Warning!! Warning!! This place has the worst customer service, employee sitting on her but in the back of lobby, no respect to the customers, yelling at customer to get out or there will be no food service, sold. I would think that is the type of people you hire for your business to run. The place was dirty. I will not even eat there, food handling was not sanitary, gloves to food to cash drawer. Young lady doesn’t wash her hands while sitting out in the lobby and goes back and handle food with out washing hands!!! I know some people may not think about it or see what is going on, I do, that is my job to report to people, warning, beware of this place before you eat there, with all the safety requirements now, and COVIT. This company, should be practicing the same rules, washing hands, food safety, cover their hair, cleanliness and importantly customer service.
