I have been a long time costumer and always loved the food and ambiance of Panera. With all this pandemic business, I hadn't been there in quite a while and was terribly disappointed. The place looked uncared for when it used to shine; the staff unkempt and useless to the point that I had to ask for a cup for my drink and the girl forgot to give me my baked goods. This was after the ordeal of ordering! She knew nothing about the food. The food was nothing like I was used to. I never finished my , formerly, favorite sandwich. It was tasteless! I'm going to try a different location and see if this change is localized or corporate

Rude guy at the counter. Made us feel like we didn’t have the right to choose our sandwiches or ask for anything. Completely ridiculous to go out to enjoy breakfast and have this stupid type of assistance. He placed the order wrong finally it seems like it was on purpose. We ended up leaving and not having anything because this is not how you’re supposed to do business.

I haven't been in Panera for over 2 years, prior i visited daily and ordered my breakfast and lunch to take to work. Today's Visit was horrible...first the coffee was Luke warm. I asked the cashier if she could get some hot coffee to replace cold one. She pointed 👉 to microwave and told me I can microwave ...I let her know that I don't microwave anything for health reasons. Then she turned and continued cashiering. I waited awhile to see if she was getting another pot, and I heard her yell out , " whose" doing coffee today?" No one replied...so I left with out coffee...never going back.

Recommend! I had dinner here 2 weeks ago and the meal prep crew is the best! One of the best I've ever seen at any Panera. I am so mad I didn't get their names! They were 2 young African-American men and the did an excellent presentation with our meals. Our cashier on the other-hand....needs to get seriously trained on how to speak to her co-workers and customers. I am still giving 5 stars because everything else was fantastic except for our cashier.
