My first experience with Pollo Tropical was in Winter Patk, FL on 2019. I liked it so much that I’ve craved it ever since. Doing my trip to Ft. Lauderdale, PT was my first meal after landing. The vibe is different in this pandemic but the food did not disappoint. I dined in. Luckily I had disinfectant supers to clean the table. I ordered the Avocado Cilantro TropiChop which is like a bowl that includes rice, beans, chicken, avocado and cilantro sauce. The price point is reasonable. I was full after eating most of my entree and enjoying a mango lemonade. The taste of the food made up for me having to clean my own table. I may not return to this location but I will definitely continue to be a Pollo Tropical patron.

Every once in a while! Easy dinner and it's a chain. We get the half chicken and two sides meal. Black Beans and rice of course, so perfect, but we are also crazy about the tomatoes with balsamic vinegrete so yummy. Sometimes the drive thru can get so long

This will be the third time that I’ve gone to THIS location for brown rice and black beans that was pre order via the app! Not only was it not ready and I had to wait an additional 15-20 mins for something so simple and when I open it to eat it there’s a big piece of MEAT somewhere in the rice!! For people who chose not to eat meat this would make them sick! Seeing as how I’m one of those people!! Pollo get it together!!! Gross

Ordered a large fried yuca. Container was half empty with burnt yuca. I was told they were cooking fresh, then why would you sell me this? No soap in the men’s restroom. See picture of broken dispenser. Flies in dining area.
