I ordered $250.00 worth of sheets and they were all shipped out with the security tags on them. I was told I cannot remove them or the sheets would be damaged and yes of course when you call customerless service in Bangladesh they tell me to go to the store to remove or they will send box to ship back and then they’ll resend out. THIS IS SO NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. #lostanothercustomer

What the heck happened to the store? 1- The"remodel" is a total flop... Major waste of space and the store looks empty and not properly stocked. It is bare. Mostly low end brands. 2 - Starting with "management" They are helpless and seem to be lost and unwilling to be helpful. It feels like they are doing you a favor by guiding you to buy at the store they manage! They "appear" too busy and stressed out to help you. I just don't bother anymore. Huge disappointment and what a disaster. I really wanted to stop buying or depending so much on Amazon but I guess I'll continue with Target and other choices... I have no other choice.

I bought a few items in the clearance section. (There is NO sign that says all sales are final in that section) I tried to return one item but couldn’t because on the receipt it says all sales are final on clearance items. However you receive that information AFTER you buy it. That information should be available and known BEFORE you buy something.
