I went Tuesday July 5 at around 9:00 pm and used the drive thru. The young man at the window forgot to give me the paper bag with the beans inside that was included in my order. I even asked him if my order was complete and he said yes. I realized that once I was home. When I went back, the same guy gave me a nasty attitude when I asked for the beans that he had forgotten. Ive been to that Pollo for many years, never had such a bad experience.

I love all Pollo Tropical Restaurants!!! "IF" you have not tried them yet nor never-ever eaten food cooked at these chain of restaurants, then you are missing out. The original flavor and smell of chicken cooked on the grill is an advertiser alone, mouthwatering before placing your order. There's so much food to choose from, eat and enjoy, and many drinks too.

I’m sure the food is fine… but the menu was broken (so I ordered the only thing advertised on the window), a half chicken with beans and rice (which was all pre-prepared). 27 min later I received my food… So… if you have an excessive amount of time for “fast” food, this may be right up your alley.

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up when it stated it would be ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes patiently before I asked about my order. At that point they stated they would put it together. They came back 10 minutes later to ask me what I ordered. I'm chill, cool as a cucumber actually. They are just overwhelmed and disorganized. Someone get them some help during lunch.
