I buy a chicken breast with one side mash potato , I request gravy on the side not on it ,cashier said I get charged for having the gravy on the side , then a guy spoke in the speaker said is in it o no ! why they want to charge me money for something that is part of the meal? I’m not requesting more or extra, I requested the gravy to not be on it !! I understand its business but i didnt request more or extra gravy , just put the gravy separate?. Why do you guys rob the customers like that? This is ridiculous charge .

The girl at the drive-through window and the young man cooking were so helpful so fast and so nice. I love this KFC now because of the amazing people that work there. Such a great location

The colonel fried chicken sandwich is tasty and reasonably priced. Sturdy bun, crispy chicken, and the pickles are fantastic. However, I prefer to substitute the mayonnaise for KFC sauce. Service is quick and friendly, although they forgot to ask me what I wanted for a drink with the combo last time I was there, and gave me a Pepsi. This is the only issue I've had at this location.
