I was shocked how rude the pharmacist was on a constant and my experiences confirmed by the multiple 1 star reviews Sadly I agree. I tried to think it was a bad day but it was the same since my first encounter. I wanted to go to my local pharmacy when this person is not there. My choice now now is going to a different pharmacy. In my opinion this puts CVS corp. in a poor light. It seems like every time I went there was a new method of trying to be mean and difficult. Going to a pharmacy should not be like going to the witch in the Wizard of the Oz or the soup person in Seinfeld. I just moved to Miami Beach and love it. I have lived here for less than 6 month and she accused me of being difficult to her for two years. I emphasize with with similar experiences and mine hopefully further validates their reviews. I am not sure why CVS can have turn a blind eye to these legitimate complaints.

Pharmacy staff is beyond incompetent. Very rude, aggressive women working here who truly need to move on from pharmacy and find something that doesn’t make them so miserable.

Pharmacy supervisor accused me of fraud when I used my debit card to pay a prescription for 10.45. The machine was beeping after I entered my pin number and the screen said balance due was 000. She said it had not went through and I of course said her machine had shown I paid. Plus and here is the best part I went to my mobile banking app and the 10.45 had been deducted and I showed her! She then said that I was still wrong and to pay again!! Genius. Pay peanuts you get monkeys . Have been going they for years. Never again

Worst customer service. Danielle, I don't think retail should be a job for you. Customers, already have their opinion about this location, and a review. I have an account with CVS, maybe longer than you have been alive. Have my ID, and debit card to veryfy my purchase, and you denied the possibility to do the right thing. Impressive
