Great place. Location is excellent. Central to shopping and other essentials. Well maintained, both inside & out. No major maintenance issues. Office staff is friendly & helpful. Everything runs smoothly so I could focus on the rest of life. The gas grills were a nice touch.

I've been living here since they opened, about a year and a half. The apartments are really nice. It's a quiet, low key apartment complex without any drama. The apartment staff are really easy to work with and responsive. I don't have any complaints.

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing. They have great location and access to everything. We have lived here almost 2 years and they still are just as amazing as the first days of moving in. And it’s also nice cause some of the bottom units have their garage connect to their apartment. The staff is super helpful and they have super understanding during this pandemic and have stayed for in constant contact with us and others if there is anything going on here. Come check them out

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom apartment and it's absolutely gorgeous! It's clean with up to date appliances and management is the best! They helped take care of us even before becoming official residents via our long distance application process. The apartments and management make living here a comfortable and beautiful dream! We also love the fact that it's pet friendly and there's a park right behind the complex! Garages, lots of space in the apartment itself and such wonderful neighbors make this a fantastic place to live happily! We couldn't be more content with living anywhere else! We made the right choice moving into Centennial Pines! ♥♥♥
