Overall experience was great. I don’t usually commute by bus. I’d like to express my concern with the “new/ temporary” remote location in Ft.lauderdale Florida. Of course you are provided an address by Greyhound themselves to arrive at their services.z Upon arrival it is brought to my attention that this specific location is no longer open and we are now instructed to go to another remote offsite location that’s about 5-10 minutes away. Small hiccups like this can be prevented by easily communicating effectively to your passengers/guest before hand the correct address. That caused frustration immediately. Furthermore the offsite location isn’t labeled, it’s dark, no security. I couldn’t even tell if i was in the right spot to meet the bus. I’d appreciate some appropriate signage in the area to help future guest.

Dirty building but Greyhound was very efficient for our trip across Florida. Bus was in very good condition and buttery smooth. Driver very friendly and helpful.

They cancelled our bus due to snow. The people at the front desk refused to pay for our motel fee after greyhound said they would. My son is very scared and hungry and the people working behind the desk were very rude. I am at the Fort Lauderdale bus terminal in Florida with no one to help us. I will be sueing this company. Also we can not afford a motel at this time that's why I'm stuck here at the bus terminal until tomorrow horrible experience never will I travel Greyhound again

Yes.There are outlets for electronics,snack and drinks machine plus bathroom and a security guard.

You can use the city bus, walk three blocks to the Broward bus stop, take the route bus number 1, pay $2 and you will be at the airport in 15 minutes, it is better option than uber or Lyft, they will charge you $10~$30 and sometimes you waste a lot of time too
Download greyhound on your phone you can find out that way
