Great customer service! Jenelle, the Branch Manager, went out of her way to help me. Phone banking could not help and the CDA branch did not answer their phone. One call to this branch and Jenelle jumped into action with a super friendly attitude. Thank you so much!

Difficult to obtain replacement debt card. Customer service was very disappointing and unableunable to withdraw money from account. WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH CHASE BANK!!!

Went by to cash a check drawn on Chase--apparently it's now legal for banks to charge non-customers to cash their OWN CHECKS!!?? Of course, these guys do it...greedy, the big guys greed is part of why America is facing some very hard times in the future.....greed, approving all those loans that they had no business doing so....then we bail them out....someday things will change, but it might be awhile until all of us go through some hard lessons.....BOOOOO!! on Chase...Go to Banner bank, they don't charge--no, I don't work at Banner either.

I personally would go to the Chase Bank and talk to them and show them that way they'll take care of it and get it fixed properly I've had problems too someone messing with me but Chase took care of it so go there personally to the bank don't mind on the phone go personally there and show him what information you have that you put in money and it's going directly to your account for your social security so let him know thank you may God bless you and keep you safe
