Called and emailed and it took months for them to get back to me about canceling my contract. They are extremely pushy and care more about money than anything. They claim they are a non profit but I doubt it. Worst customer service I have ever had. I would never recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had emailed and called them to cancel my contract and it took four months to hear back. I am happy to share screen shots of emails, calls and texts from them.(which the calls have only outgoing) Including my email in January stating that my contract was closed that that I only had my one last invoice. As well as the texts I received (usually between 11:00PM and 2:00 AM) one stating that I owed for an additional three months. Pleased feel free to reach out to me before signing a contract with them so you can have all of the information.

Yes, our hourly rate is $16.50 for longterm clients or $22 for single-use clients.
We do not currently have freeze drying equipment but if it is something you need to be successful, we would be willing to look into buying the necessary equipment for you to use.
