Pros: Clean, good selection, items on clearance have a wide variety of sizes and styles, got a $5 coupon for next order, parking lot right by the entrance, accept amazon returns at a dedicated station. Cons: most of the products sold at MSRP, not discounted like in TJ Maxx or Marshalls. Overall: 5 out of 5 stars for providing a hassle free shopping/return experience.

Today July 22 2022 at 7:30pm. The person at customer service was very rude and not profesional at all. This was my first time picking up with this new method, so we went to customer services for help but the old lady in there was very rude from the beginning and look like she hate to be there. Her scanner did not work when she tried to scan a code from my phone so she got very frustrated at the point she threw the scanner on over the counter! very disappointed of Kohl`s customer services. Next Time I will think twice before buy from Kohls.

On vacation and was turned away from the jewelry dept.. I was told "the worker had gone home for today. Unbelievable customer service (lack there of). This pure strumpet is in a leadership position. And deserves to be fired. She could've have assisted me.

Had a great experience.. I only came to return a Amazon product and ended up using the 25%off coupon and I bought a few outfits. Also the last at the jewellery counter had great insight to helping find a new work watch.
