My package was nice delivered. UPS either gave it to USPS to deliver or couldn’t find my address. Either way I had to pay $8 to have them hold it or return it to Amazon. Now I can’t call the office to make sure it’s there before making the drive down there. This has been a HORRIBLE service!! I spent over an HOUR on the phone speaking to someone in INDIA who refused to hang up so I could do the survey!!

I think it’s unacceptable that there is no live person that you can speak to when you have an issue. I have lived in an apartment building downtown for four years and never had a problem receiving my packages. Now all of a sudden whoever handles our building has decided that they don’t like getting in the elevator and coming upstairs and our packages are left in an unsecured area. UPS and FedEx are the only two companies that are allowed codes, and fobs to enter our building. I want my package is delivered to my door. That’s what I’m paying for. I would appreciate being contacted by UPS, because you make it quite difficult for us to reach you by design

Had a bad experience with a UPS driver near downtown. (Laurel & Chestnut). Stopped at the railroad crossing even though the light was green, because there wasn't enough room for the train. The Brown Truck (UPS) driver started honking and yelling, he must have failed a customer relations class. He sped around me on my right and seemed very angry. 2-13-2021. 12:50 pm

USPS is doing a by far better job than you guys. Keep saying that the item is on the vehicle and to be delivered on a certain day, then you deliver 3-4 days after. Stop charging for fast delivery if you guys aren't up for the challenge. USPS killing it though, theyre on it!
