I ordered online for carry out. I’ve always loved BWW but this was ridiculous. My Boneless wings had no sauce or dry rub on them, the didn’t give me the drink I paid for, gave me blue cheese after ordering ranch (I’m severely allergic to blue cheese), tried to resolve this online but their website is impossible to submit a complaint, so I attempted to call (called 5 Times) no answer. So I’m resorting to google, maybe someone can actually help me.

Came with a party of 12 mid afternoon while store was empty and was refused service.was told they don't take large parties. They had at least two servers one bartender, and a manager who never came out to speak with me. I have always liked BWW food and so did our group but we might never go back. Btw chili's had no problem accommodating our group and they were busy.

Went to have dinner, not my favorite choice but my nephew likes it so off we went. Stood at the reception area for 15 minutes with several employees walking by and nothing, then a young man walked up and simply stated that they just gave last call and they were closing. This was at 7 PM, the website & sign on the door both state closing time of 12 midnight. If I could give zero stars I would.

Even though I ordered chicken quesadillas, turns out that they were out of wraps so I ordered the All American cheeseburger. It was delicious! Some of my family members ordered the wings and they were raving about them. Delicious!The service was fantastic and the staff were great! Highly recommend this location; and right next door is the Cobb movie theater! Another one of my favorite places! Also this location was very clean and inviting. Check them out!
