I just stopped on my way home from work to pick up at the drive-through. I asked if they currently have the two for $6.00 whopper special. They said no. I then asked if they still had the two for $5.00 quarter pounder‘s and the guy said yes. He said you could get a quarter pounder, the impossible whopper, a fish sandwich and some sort of chicken mix and match. I said OK I would like the impossible whoppers and a value fry and a value onion ring. I was expecting the order to be around eight dollars. It came out to $10.50. When I got home there was only one burger. This isn’t the first time there has been an error. The last two times I was there there was an error and so I tried to call them. Both times the phone rings forever and no one answers. There was another $10.00 special with two sandwiches, two fries and two drinks. I didn’t need the drinks so I ended up Paying the same for one sandwich, value sides and no drinks. Oh, also the receipt stapled to the bag had no pricing what-so-ever so I could not even see how they broke it down. No break down and no one to answer phones. What a rip a Ulmerton Rd/Clearwater.

This burger king is terrible. It's burger King so my expectations aren't very high but this one is always a disappointment. They get one extra star cuz this is the first time in a year I've been here and the employees weren't outright rude. but anyway today, they were busy and I'm patient, wasn't big deal that it took a while to get our food, but it was pretty cold and just not good. plus there were literal puddles around the soda machines 😬

The employee by the name of Brittney needs to improve her work ethics. We went through the drive thru to order, she told us to wait and didn't take our order, she then proceeded to take the order of the other customer that just pulled up on the other lane to order. She was extremely rude, and unfriendly. We will never come back here.

I just want you to know I had the worst Burger King experience of my life at this location. I’ve eaten burger many many times and never had such poor customer service. I had to leave at the register window after sitting for 5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes to have my order taken. Was not greeted one time. The cashier wouldn’t even look nor acknowledge me. I know it’s hard to find a decent person to work a drive thru , but acting like you don’t even see me after taking my order after you know I’ve been waiting and sitting for 20 minutes it’s ridiculous. I hope for our community you can actually find happy outgoing nice people to work for you.

The hours posted might be incorrect. Notify managers. Some times the drive thru has different hours
It has been rebuilt, the new construction is nearly completed, but still no word yet on when they will reopen.
