Don’t know why they even have a drive thru when no one works it half the time. Every time I go there no one is working the drive thru and the lights are on and they are open. I went there today (6/6) and sat there and was waiting but no one would come on to take my order. Customers were walking in and out of the building with food but no one was taking drive thru orders. So I called and asked if the drive thru was working. The woman that answered sounded so annoyed and told me “we are slam right now, I guess I will have him take your order, bye” then hung up on me. I waited again and still no one came on to take my order. If you are so short staff, hire more people and train them correctly to handle during a rush. Though this wasn’t even a rush, it was after 8pm. Never coming back here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Placed my order in the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for 3 or 4 minutes behind the car in front of me. Manager was out back on her phone smoking. 2 cars in front of me ended up just leaving. When I came around the corner there was a car waiting at the window. I waited another 8 minutes without anyone moving and just left. Not sure why they didn't have the car pull ahead so other people could get their food. Horrible.

This place is a absolute disgrace! So bad we even had to call the police because the manager couldn't control herself or her male employee working the window who threw our food at us. We were also advised after our food was wrong that "they no longer spit on the food" exact words from the manager. Beware of this location. It's making me rate but the 1 star is definitely not a choice of mine at all
