05-17-2022 my children and I walked in to Publix as we not normally do, my children love to stop by Publix to get lunch for school. We stopped by customer service because only one register was open and time was going very quickly. Bryn was the young woman at customer service. Bryn made me feel so uncomfortable my children ask me, “why did she do that?” As, I was paying for my groceries I attempted to assist with packing my shopping bags and my thumb accidentally touched Bryn and her actions made it seems as if I was unclean. In my baffled conscious mind I started looking at my hands to make they were clean I quickly apologized and explained I was only attempting to assist with packing my bags. So disengaged and unfriendly with no eye contact throughout my transaction made me feel so uncomfortable. I have worked as a front end customer service supervisor for 5 years before moving on to pursue my BS. I can say this three of the most important qualities of customer service around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. Although customer service varies from customer to customer you still have to follow the guidelines.

I’m giving one star because I bought the Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings that were prepaid. The chicken wings were breaded too much, The wings were large, but too much beading. Disappointed because I had them a couple days ago at work when a co-worker brought them in and were very good.
