I had this arrangement sent to my mom for Mother's Day. My mom said all the flowers were fresh and even more beautiful in person. This is the third time I've ordered from Mona's and I've had a great and easy experience every time.

I'm relatively new here to Tampa and I was looking for a good go to Florist for every occasion, and Mona's was recommended tome. I am very happy to say that they have always exceeded expectation and have made every event that they have been apart of that much more memorable. They have made special occasions more special and a really sad occasion a little less sad. I can't thank them enough for that! If you are looking for a floral arrangement for a big life event or something just to liven up your home decor Mona's Floral Creation is the only place I'd go.

The staff is so helpful and creative. Every time I order flowers and plants they look fabulous. I have brought in different types of planters and they have turned them into some really gorgeous arrangements. I order quite a bit of sympathy flowers and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The prices are fair, the quality is top notch and the customer service is outstanding.

I came to Mona’s yesterday for a bouquet and balloons for my sister post-surgery. We were politely greeted, and had a custom bouquet made as there were few pre-made bouquets. Initially, my eye had caught a 2 dozen rose bouquet with pinky cream and lilac roses, which I could not stop talking about. Although they did not have the material, the owner wrapped them up at the end of our transaction. We decided with a custom arrangement (angels breath, hydrangeas, and pink/red roses) that came out beautifully!! My sister can’t stop talking about how amazing they are. It took about 20 minutes or so for the flowers to be ready. In that time, we looked at the floral calendar, which had great ideas for upcoming floral arrangements. Especially the unicorn floral arrangement. There is a large selection of cards and balloons. 10/10 There is a reason why Mona’s Floral Creations was named the Best Florist in Tampa Bay in 2021! - excellent customer service - fast and reliable - QUALITY arrangements
