About 3 months ago, I scheduled for all windows except front windshield to be tinted. Guys showed up 1 hr late (not a big deal, but who doesn't have things to do, right?) After tinting was complete (less than 20 mins spent on a Honda CRZ), install techs were very adamant on getting the payment & making sure a 5-star rating was done before taking off. I glanced briefly at my tinted windows, only because I noticed the trash the techs left behind outside & inside my vehicle. When I took a closer look, I noticed not all windows were tinted as I requested, tint was cut too short on 2 windows, tint was done in a rush leaving creases, bits of dirt were visible under the tint, water spots left on exterior paint (just before techs showed up I washed my car). After reaching out to Tint Pros, I was told that maybe my windows shifted (highly unlikely, since one window is stationary & took photos right after techs left). No apologies, no accountability was taken by the representative who I emailed. All I was told was to reach back out to the techs letting them know I'd like them to return to redo the tint. Techs did however retint the visible issues of short tint, HOWEVER, I was told the rear strip of window was not done as it had factory tint on it & would be very dark if tinted (this is fine, but let me know 1st, don't assume I'm okay with any changes made to the original plan). After explaining the dirt under the tint, techs told me "hey, y'know those things happen & there's not much we can do to control mother nature". I was shocked & appalled by his response to say the least. If it's windy or there's "mother nature" issues, the professional thing to do would be to explain the technical issues & reschedule for a better day due to inclement weather. The tint installers are supposed to be professionals, so why not act like it, instead of finding an entity to blame? A lack of professionalism, accountability & sympathy are some of the things you can expect. Your money and time are valuable, procede with caution. ***All photos uploaded were from the initial tint install.

I am thrilled with their application of clear film to protect the paint on my new car from chips in the paint resulting from debris on the roads and from other damage. It's perfectly applied and it cannot be seen looking at the car. A mistake I made for my last car was not protecting the paint and ending with little chips everywhere. Now I know where to go in the future. Very professional and I highly recommend this company! (And, yes, it is okay to have more than one location.)
