This is one of the best Ace hardware I have ever been to. The people are helpful, and they have a lot of extra things I've never seen in Ace hardware before. I had the plumbing fixture that I needed, and then I got lost in their trees and tubing, paint section everything else.

Well stocked, reasonable prices and helpful courteous personnel. My one regret is that they changed their bulk seed provider several years ago And while the prices have gone up which is somewhat expected, the choices have diminished in size and in variety.

Bought a brand new Ms271 on 03/19/22, had some issues with it not being able to start and constantly flooding. Spoke with Kelvin over the phone the weekend after to try and get things sorted out. Had to end up taking it back to the store today on 03/27/22 because I needed the saw immediately for a tree that had fallen. We were able to get things sorted out and Kelvin was very professional and apologetic during the entire interaction. Would definitely recommend this store for any projects you might be working on.

Friendly staff at this location. They actually re screen windows and screen doors here. I think it’s only 11 dollars for a window and 16 dollars for a screen door plus the cost of materials. I had to add all the photos because google is asking me for 1000 photos man that is a lot of photos. I wish they would be more appreciative of quality photos instead of just quantity of photos.

You must wear a mask at all times in the store ,they ask that you keep 6 feet apart if possible , they do have partition in place at registers , and they clean pretty often from the times I've been there recently. ( About once a week I'm there for something or another and someone is generally cleaning or the store looks clean every time I'm there ) this is my favorite ace hardware in chattanooga...it's not quite as big as some of the others or have as many products as the bigger stores but they always get what I want or need if they don't have it , everyone is polite, and as I said it's a clean store , so I have no concerns shopping there ..BUT please everyone be safe in these trying times because it is tough on everyone.i hope this helps someone out
