This is one of our new favorite go-to restaurants. We had steak skewers with loaded mashed potatoes and WOW! They were cooked perfectly, FULL of flavor and if you put steak sauce on that steak you ruin it! Kids had cheeseburger and spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic cheese toast, both of which were great! Great pricing for great food. Definitely recommend!

We set out spur of the moment to have lunch as a large family group this past Sunday after church. Along with every other family in Blount County. Tried Calhoun's which had an hour wait. Went next door to Smoky Mountain Brewery which we had not tried since about fifteen years ago. It was great! We were seated immediately by courteous, relaxed staff. We got to dine outdoors on a bluebird afternoon. The food was hot, fresh, prompt and a good value. Everyone had a great time. Our server was a beautiful red haired lady who couldn't have been anymore professional and attentive. We will definitely come back. They rocked it out and we had a fabulous meal as a big family group. Wished we hadn't waited so long between visits, but we won't let that happen again!

Not what it used to be! Cost of food has increased, while quality has become inconsistent and value has decreased. Entrees (such as the ale steak skewers) previously came with two side dishes, but now they only come with one - and the cost has increased to almost $18 for a 7oz portion! We’ve always loved this place, but with other solid breweries in town now offering similar atmospheres and consistent quality and value (and way better beer), we don’t frequent Smoky Mountain Brewery like we used to.

We started off with the pretzel appetizer and some adult beverages. The pretzels were hot and tasty, granted it was five super type pretzels that you can get at your local supermarket. The dining experience became more elevated when we received our main course. The burgers were fresh and cooked perfectly. We can't say enough about the customer service, it was AMAZING. We highly recommend this joint for a good burger.
