Ordered tonight and my son picked up the items we bought from them one pizza had burnt edges and the Brownies burnt. We will no longer be using this store for pizza or anything else they offer.

Domino's in Tunnel hill!!!! Freakin do better!! Telling a customer that you do not know is simply unacceptable and then for us to pick up our pizza because you didn't know when it would be deliverd. for you to tell us you can't give us our delivery fee back or the tip is just bs. For our pizza to sit there for forever then when we come you have a delivery guy leaving but not with our pizza that we have been waiting forever for. Geeez. Im done with this place. Get it together or don't even open at all.

It’s like they try to mess up my order now. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese, light sauce, sausage and onions but I got a pizza with extra sauce and cheese only, see pics. This is just sad, my other review on here has been viewed over 30,000 times and here I order again and this happened. For a $5 delivery fee on top of everything else you figure they could get better but I guess not. I tried to do the delivery assurance online but it says I have to call the store! That’s a great way for someone to spit in your next pizza, forget this place folks, order from anywhere else and you won’t be as disappointed.

Did give this place 5 stars before. Now it's just gone downhill. Medium pizza are only 10in, nothing gets doubled even if you order it with doubled toppings of any kind. Worst of all, my last 3 pizzas haven't even been fully cooked... Gave them 3 chances and they struck out every time. Fix your nightshift staffing issue. Last pizza I order - Pic says it all - Literally undercooked pizza dough, had to throw it in the oven myself just to cook it the rest of the way.

Depends on who your driver is and who is running the store at the time too. Some of our drivers are slow as molasses.
As far as delivery goes I leave that up to the customer. If you give us clear instructions as to where to leave it then please answer phone or doorbell. Otherwise we are not responsible. If it is 🌧 then I will bring it to the door.
They have fixed it, they were short on employee's but their faster than ever....
Take it back they should make you another one for free
