When I was ready to check out I went to one of the cashiers placed my items on that tiny spot by the cash register then held out my reusable bags for the cashier. This lady looked at me then my bags and said , 'Oh I dont do that'. I said what I can't use my own bags? She said, you can but I dont... I walked around the wall of plexy glass to the spot where a bagger SHOULD be and bagged my own groceries in my own bags. Then the lady had the nerve to look at me and say "you're your own personal bagger so you can bag how you want. No! If I wanted to check myself out I'd go to Walmart!!

I love going to Food City especially the one on Mcgrady Drive they have the nicest employees their store is very clean and always had their shelves stocked also... Their meat is spectacular

Clean and easy to navigate. The prices are unimaginable, however. The specialty card price is placed larger than the regular customer price, leading you to have a higher price at the end of your shopping experience if you are not a member. I don't like that as its deceiving in a way as your role as a customer. If the card is saving me money, tell me at the end and advertise your card, don't throw it in my face for every time I pick up an item.
