Ungrilled cheese sandwich and a salad with avocado so unripe you could have used it as a weapon. Incompetence is rampant. I can foresee a bleak future for Panera Bread. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Have not been at this location for over 2 years. Service and employees were very good as always, but sad to see it has gone down somewhat in cleanliness. Floor was dirty with paper, food and the carpet areas did not look clean with a weird smell. My table by front door had not been cleaned, kitchen prep area looked dirty and unkept. Ordered a bowl of French Onion soup and a large caesar salad. Got home and got very sick. I am pretty sure I got some sort of food poisoning from this location. How do I know that you may ask? Cause that was the only food I have had in the previous 24 hours due to blood work I had. Not happy at all, very dissapointed. Not the kind of experience I have previously had with Paneras.

All of your employees are amazing. The manager or owner however chose to stare at me the entire time I waited in line. A shorter man in a blue polo shirt. Made me pretty uncomfortable.

I’d like to add the we had the most positive Panera’s experience at this location. In today’s society it’s refreshing to experience old fashioned professional service (unlike Miami ha). We’re traveling from Florida with a group of 30 and had 2 meals here that were both prepared timely and deliciously. They even rewarded the team with cookies for winning (sorry not sorry Rollins).
