Dunkin in Parma on Ridge Road. 3 employees none of which had a personality. The most excited one of the three got was when I put a tip in their cup....and that was short lived. Lol. Brooklyn Dunkin is always crowded but their employees are Always friendly no matter how busy they are.

I love Duncan. They were very fast and efficient it didn't take me long to get in place my order and get out. I will go there probably every morning before work.

Don’t know why everyone even does a review here no one ever responds to it I’ve seen the owner doesn’t look too bright if you ask me but I’ll put one here anyways for you all to read I only do mobile orders sometime I’ll place one over the speaker but usually I do mobile orders and every time they always hand me my coffee but I always have to ask for the donut or they asked me was that all I’m like if you know I ordered a coffee what about the donut it’s on the same order why aren’t they both ready why do I have to always ask for my Donut. if I don’t ask you’re not gonna give it to me lol.

At this point I may as well cut my losses and buy my own bagels and cream cheese if I'm going to have to come home and add more cream cheese to a bagel I bought! Guys, come on!
