Had tickets to see a movie on a Saturday and arrived 10 min late to the showing. Upon arriving to the outside doors, they were locked and there was a sign posted saying doors are locked 15 after the last showing. There was no indication that this was a rule when I bought the tickets online so I was surprised to find this made up rule posted on their door…mind you, this was only 7:50pm on a Saturday. Me and three other people stood outside knocking on the doors and waving to the employees inside to let us in but they all just stood there giggling and hiding behind the counter inside. Highly unprofessional and now I’m out $33 for a movie I paid to see. Definitely will not be coming back here especially since they close before 8pm on a Saturday…what is this 1950??

We usually go there to see our movies. Tonight we went to see Jurassic Park and bought popcorn and pop. My son mentioned the popcorn was stale and asked for another bucket. The concession worker was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried a piece myself and it was stale. Just didn't appreciate the lousy attitude especially when I pay for tickets and concessions that are expensive. I will think about going to another theater for our next movie.

Place was nice and clean. Recliner seat with movable arm rests were very comfortable. Screen and sound was excellent. Saw a preview for a movie and decided to see it but at a different theater and that was a mistake as the picture and especially the sound were far superior here at AMC Westwood.

Extremely comfortable place to watch movies, the gourmet popcorn & flat bread pizza were amazing. The only downfall I have is that it seems there is always someone in my seat. Maybe an improvement could be better seat number labeling so people can find their seats better.
