Doors were locked in the middle of the day. I had to walk to the drive-thru window to take my order. I’m not sure why the store doors would be locked during lunch hours but this was a big inconvenience and staff didn’t show any remorse at all when I expressed how inconvenient that was.

I've had a bad experience not once but TWICE. I've called to complain at the store and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone. So I send an email complaining to corporate and expressing my frustration and it has been well over going going on 2 weeks now and still have not gotten a response from even the corporate management team.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up because the lobby was closed. At the order menu, I gave them my order number and name and was asked to pull through. When I got to the window, the woman asked if I am Phillip and I said yes. She then told me the car in front of me has my order. I asked her what that meant and she said the person in front of me said he was Phillip and she gave him my order. I told her that was fine and I would wait for them to remake my order. Instead of doing that, he said she couldn't remake my order because she gave it to the other person. I told her that's not my problem, I showed her my order confirmation but she again refused to remake my order. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she is the manager and she shut the window and walked away. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This manager should be fired. Horrible experience

The food was served piping hot and quickly. Very tasty spicy chicken strips, mashed potatoes with gravy and red beans with rice.
