I had very bad experience today. The guy (jossfred) he was so arrogant and doesnt know how to talk to customers. Proof : In the picture The tire pressure says checked ok : but it was not checked and my car (toyota - highlander) the tire pressure should be 30 psi and in the invoice it was 35 psi . I know they havnt checked Battery also they haven’t checked . Oil service indicator light hasnt been reset. Such a bad experience with jossfred.

THE WORKER RYLIE IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE GONE. He is the rudest ever. I’ve been using this Location for two years and never had a problem. When I entered he said yes what you need. I said oil change and transmission. He just waved for me to pull up… no one was in front to direct me when to stop he yelled STOP MAAM! I said you could have said it nicer. I begin to pull up he yelling maam left not right…. I said sir what is your name and he pointed to his shirt. I am going to corporate and I will make sure I get this solved because I pay very good money at this location to be treated like I’m just a nobody. He was racist and I could most definitely tell. I will never go to this location again and I will make sure to let my friends and family know not to visit this location either. I didn’t even get the service their was no way I was going to let someone who talked to me the way he did service my vehicle. I didn’t trust him at all. I am livid and on the phone with corporate right now!

This was a good place to get oil changes and inspections done and I've used them many times in the last 6 years. However, there's new ownership and a bunch of non customer centric drop outs working there now. I waited a good 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was waiting. 8-10 employees were wondering about the garage and up and down the stairs and didn't appear to be doing anything productive. I did get to see the lead mechanic get into a customers $80,000 BMW and rip around the parking lot and slam on the brakes and then do the same to another customers car. I'd seen enough. Never going back here again. The employees are out of control and don't care about the customers or their vehicles. This was never my impression from 2016 to 2021 when I got oil changes, and annual inspections.

Fast, easy and efficient! They also have lots of coupons and give great deals. You don’t even have to exit your car while they do the oil change so it’s a quick and easy process! I definitely recommend getting your oil changed through Valvoline if you’re looking for something quick and efficient!
