Much better since the renovation, bigger facility and better hours. Wish the renovation reset the old reviews, since alot don't apply anymore. That's why I changed mine since the old facility caused alot of those problems and that whole train of problems is cleared up now and I'm glad the workers don't seem so stressed anymore

Cassandra Gomez is a horrible customer service rep. If you can't do your job find another one. I just wish her managers could see just how she is with customers. My experience with her was not pleasant which included attitude, sarcasm, and tone of voice. The worst part is if she keeps it up she might say something to the wrong customer and it won't be pretty. The fact we have to deal with this b.s just to mail a package out is ridiculous.

I was really impressed with the speed here. I showed up on Tax day and thought the line would take a long time. Surprisingly It didn't take long at all. The woman who served me was very friendly and efficient.
