We lived there for 10 months it was nice but floods when there is a lot of rain or storm surge also they raised their electricity rates from 12 cents a kilowatt to 30 cents a kilowatt bill went from 145 month to 258 and that was in January. If we had stayed for summer our bill would be 600 just for the electricity. When they changed owners and management it went downhill.

My family and I camped here for a week during Spring Break last 2017. They advised that they usually do not allow tent camping but since we had small children and it would be safer to be in the gated community than on the beach they allowed us to stay. It was great!!! The staff was very friendly and the resort felt very safe. We were excited to camp here again this year for Spring Break and Summer. I am very sad that the owner has sold to someone who no longer allows tent camping so we will have to find somewhere else to spend our holidays!

The owners are absolutely great and very friendly. This is the second year we have stayed for a month and will continue to do so. Everything is very clean and well kept. We love it here and it's close to the beach.

Great visit. After we saw how clean and well maintained the park was and how close it was to the beach we extended our stay. The lady running the place is very nice and helpful. You get a free bag of ice every day! All the sites are back-in but very easy to park. Couldn't believe they come by your site 2x a week and empty your trash. Had a couple of days of heavy rain so I was glad about the concrete pads very easy to level. Saw other area parks were quite soggy. My brother came to visit for a few days and said the showers were very clean. Had a great time. Great rates. Close to beach and great fishing areas.
