Use discretion when purchasing anything from this location. The part was purchased online for in store pick up. The part was never scanned in and we had to eventually call at 2:00 pm to find out that the part that was supposed to be ready for 8:30 had been setting there and had never been scanned in for pick up. The part was never installed but Nancy refused to the part and argued that it had been installed. There was no professionalism nor courtesy whatsoever.
