The guy at the front desk was just flat out RUDE !!! Tried to change the price on us and told us if we didn't like it we could leave . Got in the room and the TV doesn't work so I called the front desk and again was told if I didn't like it I could leave ... room was dirty and so was the front desk clerk... I will never stay at this place again ...no coffee no nothing just a horrible experience..

Everyone here was sooo nice, the price was great, room was clean, close to food and fuel ⛽ nice and quiet, bathroom vanity spacious, will I be returning ❓YES ‼️

Very rude to customers, terrible customer service. My sister drove down from Austin to see me and the guy at desk called my room and told me she must leave because she was there an hour.. Unbelievable. The only good part was the cleaning lady who was very nice and did a great job... I dont know her name but I hope she finds a better place to work...

Did not sign up for extra company!! I have travelled for as long as I can remember. I have been to hotels that appeared to fair far worse than this one, and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had this problem before. I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites, thank God my newborn didn’t get bit while we were sleeping. Also, staff at the front desk was extremely rude, this hotel needs fumigation, new beds, and a new staff. Have never given a bad review before, but I really wish I could give this place 0 stars.
