Our group of 7 arrived around 9:50A yesterday and were greeted by two employees. One employee checked us in and asked for our drink orders. As we waited our group stepped outside to take a photo. That employee came back to give our drinks and informed someone in our party that they no longer had a particular beverage and asked her for another drink order. She left and we continued to wait outside until a second employee came outside and said, “ladies it is 10:02 and your sessions have already started”. I was shocked that 1) the employees hadn’t instructed us in any way to enter the facility and that 2) her tone was so rude. We proceeded to be guided inside (finally) where we were instructed to change, fill out paperwork, and find our therapist. Naturally, our sessions were cut short and we all still paid the full amount plus the mandatory 20% tip. $250 for a 40 minute massage and a rude employee interaction seems outrageous. Upon reflection, I was even more outraged. None of us had been to the facility before and had waited to be given instructions just to be chastised. Is that how you treat $2000 in revenue? The one star is for the steam room, which was the saving grace to the whole experience. Spa Terra looses the other stars for poor service and hospitality.

The shift leader Eli should really be removed from leading anything. She incorrectly booked our appointment time and then blamed us for not showing up at the time she incorrectly scheduled us for. Proceeds to charge us a $50 fee after her incompetence. Head of security had to go speak to her about her terrible customer service and instructed her to not charge any fees but she still charged it. Blank stares and zero empathy, she should not be working in hospitality.

Horrible customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The quality of service they offer their customers here is disheartening and they are totally over priced for the service you will receive. It’s so sad to have to leave a review like this but I’ve gone twice to this place (went back a second time just to give them another chance) and both experiences were so unfortunate. Do yourself a favor; don’t give these people your money and go somewhere worth it.

Awful customer service for the over-inflated price. Consider somewhere else before you consider this spa. There are too many spas in town for this business to provide such an abysmal level of customer service.
