Terrible! If I could give a zero I would ! I paid for my eye exam and could not see and when I called for a follow-up they couldn't see me for another week. When I explained I couldn't wait that long as everything was blurry and as a full-time student I was struggling to read the extremely unprofessional women said "I can't magically produce a time for you if we are booked". Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful to talk to clients in that capacity. Terrible in a customer service setting.

Yes.
As far as I understand they don't accept any insurance directly, but you can submit what you pay to Costco to the state insurance and I would imagine that it would be covered. I was just there and it appears that for optometry services they take most insurance.
