We had some mechanical issues with our Ram truck during our trip to Washington. The truck was towed to CDJR on Sunday afternoon. The service center was able to fit us in and diagnose the issue on Monday afternoon. A part was needed for the repair and Manny, our service advisor, was able to send a driver to Walla Walla Tuesday morning to retrieve the part and complete the repair by early afternoon. BIG THANKS to Manny and his manager Oscar for getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. Unlike the larger national dealerships, CDJR is a small dealership able to make things happen for customers. Their efforts to locate the correct parts in a timely manner also exceeded our expectations. Being stranded in a situation like this makes us really appreciate the work that this facility delivers to their customers!
