Wow. We needed something sweet and found this place. Friendly service and warm cookies to go! Can’t beat that. It has super late hours for the college students; I’m sure it’s real busy when college is in session, but we visited just after the semester was over. The windows are darkly tinted so it was hard to tell if they were open at first. Right around the corner from Denton Square. Definitely recommend.

I placed my order around 8:15. It wasnt ready until almost 10 And it was wrong. It was thrilling, spending $50 dollars on cookies and then not getting the correct order an hour and half late ♥️

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I have been a major lover of Insomnia Cookies for years. This location the past year has just been horrendous. Multiple occasions, I have ordered cookies to be delivered. Once, they marked it as delivered but never even left their store (after 3 hours). Another time, I waited for over 5 hours before finally getting 6 cookies… Last night, the cancelled the order immediately, and didn’t even tell me or email me. Today, I went into the store to get them for a party, and the staff literally looked like they wished they (and I) were dead. So incredibly rude and slow. The guy wouldn’t offer any of my *paid for* cookie magic benefits because he “didn’t know how” and didn’t want to ask for help… Cookies were burnt and not even half as good as they used to be. I’ve given them so many chances but I will never come back to this location and neither should you.

As a baker myself, I know I can make better cookies for cheaper. However, this place keeps cookies a beautiful warm temperatures for when I don't want to put time and effort in to baking. Keep the prices in mind though, it can get really expensive very fast
