I will never return. The quality of the food was horrible, they did not give us our entire order, the fries were cold af and our blizzards were melted completely. I had cotton candy soup. At least give me a straw.

I called to buy an ice cream cake was told you have to order in advance. This is not an issue at downtown Frisco location.

It's your lucky day, I am about to introduce you to a meal doubling glitch, but first a brief summary on the events which occurred on this night. We drove to dq (apx 20 min) to order two blizzards. Sit in line for 15 minutes and we order one medium Reece's cookie dough and one royal Choco brownie blizzard. Get to window, pay, start slowly driving out and realize instead of the Choco brownie, it is a mint chip. Look at receipt and it says we order 2 mint blizzards, one with cookie dough and brownies... Clearly not our order. Attempt to park and head inside to correct the error, but come to find out lobby is closed. So we get back in line and wait another 10 minutes this time. Get to window and we explain it was the wrong order, same guy that took our order sighs and with an annoyed tone says to head to the window. Get to the window and girl is clueless why we are here. Explain we got the wrong order... Here comes the part you need to know. If your order is wrong, they can't take back the food due to covid and they will make you your correct order. Congratulations. You have found a glitch in the system. Until they hire competent employees and fire the rude ones, please go ahead and continue to fortune of their mistakes and complacency with free food. 1/5.

If I could rate this place a negative ZERO and had the energy to contact the GM of this location I would do it in a heartbeat. HOWEVER this little review will have to be enough for me. I've lived in TEXAS for the last 30 plus years and ordered food at various locations less than 10 occasions during that time span. This is because I ALWAYS order a blizzard or a small dipped cone – hardly ever order food. Yesterday, I decided to order a chicken tender basket and 2 mini blizzards for my kids. Then I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich ($4.79) with a side of onion rings ($3.29). To my SURPRIZE, I was given what looks like a chicken slider because the bun, small onion ring and slice of tomato was bigger than that little piece of grilled chicken. Not to mention chicken was COLD to touch. I paid just under $5.00 dollars for a snack sized sandwich which resembles a McChicken but McDonalds only charge $1.29 for it - so no big deal. That little piece of chicken is totally unacceptable and I’m not even complaining about the price but at least give me half of a chicken breast – geesh. NEVER again will I order food from this place because this experience was by far the WORST ever. Not to mention young fella that took my order should not be allowed to take drive-thru orders - PERIOD. If I return to DQ in the future, I will most definitely choose a different location.
