Purchased brand new GE stack washer/dryer Model GUD24ESSMOWW2 years ago. Washer transmission died. Used by one single elderly woman doing lighter loads. Repair cost is about $600.00. Asked Dave about my options considering buying multiple appliances from him over the years. He offered me a replacement washer/dryer same model selling for $1100.00 at his store discounted to me for $900.00, if I picked it up. Not much of an offer from the owner Dave. I price checked the same model from other discount appliance outlets. The discount he offered me is the same everyday price as his discounted price. A washer should not die after just two years of light use. He clearly does not stand by his products. You should expect the same. I'll be buying my appliances from another vendor. Be aware.

I was so happy to get the delivery of my new washing machine today. I'm a single Mom and was washing all the clothes of my 3 little ones in the bathtub for the last 2 weeks🤣. So you can imagine how happy I am right now. My parents bought me a new washer🙏 the first one from D&L i think had a defect.so with a 2 broken washers in 2weeks LOL 😬 a string of bad coincidences He came picked up the one that was broken and brought the replacement right away hooked it up fast. I'm just so thankful and appreciative. Very nice family business!!!! Very pleasant!!! Highly recommend the business and delivery!!! Very kind to their customers. Tears of relief!!🙏🙏🙏🌈 Thank you all so much.

I've known and done business with D&L for many years. I trust their opinion when looking appliances that may have slight cosmetic issues. Over all I have been very please with all their item. I did my entire kitchen with their goods and have a great deal of satisfaction with the products I purchased. That's why I went back for a washer dryer combo when I need replacements for my old units and couldn't bare the cost of big box stores.
