If you are looking for an RV park in this area, look no further! This is by far the best park. I stayed here for a month. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful from the very first call I made to book. They made sure I was able to hook up my RV with no problems, and was more than helpful with a few RV questions I had along the way. The park is beautifully maintained, and has so much to offer. Their pond area is gorgeous! It’s so peaceful to sit and watch the ducks. Very quiet area, with a family oriented vibe. I was beyond impressed with the laundry room. VERY clean. Plenty of machines, and you can pay with your phone- no quarters needed! Made doing laundry a breeze. There vending machine is stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. The laundry room also has some workout equipment, and a pet washing station right out side. Ice is available on site, which was a HUGE plus! Lavon Lake is within walking distance, and has tables and BBQ sites. Beautiful spot. This park is definitely dog friendly. There is a cute dog park available, too! This park makes you feel like you are right at home. They are adding new spots, and rightfully so! Perfect location right by food, and not far from town. If you’re thinking about booking a spot DO IT! I can’t wait to come back and stay!

My husband and I have stayed here for 2 years and have loved it (just be careful of walking on the gravel). Michelle, John, and Alan are wonderful and kind and are always looking for ways to keep improving The Ranch. We will miss being out here in the country and being able to see the horses!

Just finished up a month's stay here and it has been very positive from every perspective. Michele was very accommodating in helping me get my reservations settled after a few issues trying to get out here from Georgia, her, Jon and Allen are really good people and I've always had access to someone when needed. The place is located out away from any major roads or township but still close enough to get what you need when you need to run errands, restock or eat out. Also there's a lake park and boat landing less than a mile down the street. The place is clean and well maintained and even though it stays at capacity there's no issues with noise or problem tenants that I've seen or heard of from others whom I've spoken to that have been here longer. The park is much bigger and more spread out than it appears on the map as well as the width of the lanes in front and back of the units and everyone is respectful of keeping them open. The dog park is awesome with great dogs and dog owners and everyone here with pets keeps them on leash outside the dog park and cleans up after them consistently. Wish I could stay and would if I didn't have to move a few hours away.

Nice park well managed by the owner, Michelle. Quiet. Good Wi-Fi and very reasonable rates for rent and electricity. Good water pressure. 50 amp service. 5+ stars!
