If I could put nothing I would. My service suck the employee was short of staff and rude especially the Oletha( older black lady). They never answer the phone the assistant manager didn't do anything to help solve the situation. The store manager Tim is never in the store. I'm very disappointed at my service I always broughtboth of my dogs here at least over 6 years and they never disappointed me this bad.

I took a mini Sheltie in to get groomed. He came back looking like he had a bowl haircut on his head, it was very choppy and uneven. Not only that his whole tail was shaved except for a small chunk of hair at the end of his tail. I am so mad. I will NEVER take him back to that person who groomed him. The manager said she is trained but I think a five year old could have done a better job. 🤬😡🤬😡

I've tried on three separate occasions to come in and buy fish when the front pages for help I've waited upwards of 25 min with no help. After multiple pages and no help I left. The employees made me feel as if asking for help was an inconvenience and made feel unwanted as a customer. Overall terrible customer service we will not be coming back.

Very nice and helpful workers! The store needs more merchandise for better selections! (Aquatic department) It needs to be a little more organized/ cleaned up with its tanks and stands. Live plants are cheap!
