I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't used what I purchased and I don't know if it's going to work. This was my first time in there and the two women were super nice and helpful. Very patient in explaining everything to me and trying to cater to what they thought would help me. It was a great experience. Edit: Follow-up...It absolutely did not help my pain at all.

Grace and Mike were very helpful! First time trying anything Hemp related so I had a lot of questions that they readily answered. Prices were higher than I expected but definitely worth it! Updating my review to add some product info! Can’t get enough of the new joints they got in! Super strong definitely worth it! Saw Mike and Grace again they remembered me!
