The inbound manager Meghan decker is the worst manager , she doesn’t explain anything to her employees, she doesn’t help you so you can do better as an employee, like she gets no stars all the way around, if you explain to her that you need an accommodation she doesn’t tell you the steps you need to take in order to get one. Fire this manager and replace her. She picks favorites as well

Best job i had, great opportunities with the Career Choice if you like to work. Great benefits and time off option and decent pay. Relocation options. Great safety team to assure everyone knows how to do their job properly to prevent injuries. Its rough the firat month but ince you get the hang of it you'll be ok. Don't pay any mind to negative review just try it you wont regret it I worked here for 4 year, Inbound, outbound then TOM team. My family moved to Florida on short notice and wasnt able to wait for the transfer.

I had an appointment for on May 23, at 7 am. When I got there, they gave me a door. When I got to the door a trailer was already there. So, I called them, they didn’t pick up. I left a message, they didn’t respond. Then, I didn’t know what to do, so I went to the yard Jackey and asked him. He called them and they said my appointment is cancelled, pull your truck out and reschedule. So I got my truck and went back to the gatehouse. I told them that I had an appointment and they even gave me a door. They kept saying to reschedule. I asked them, if I didn’t have an appointment, why’d you give me a door. They said that they made a mistake by giving me a door. They kept insisting I have to leave, reschedule and appointment, and then come back. So, I pulled by truck out, called my broker, and he said I have an appointment, and it’s active. He sent me a screenshot as proof. Then, I walked to the gatehouse and tried to explain to him and show him the screenshot, and all the information. He kept ignoring me and telling me to go reschedule. Then, I asked for a supervisor or manager to talk to. Then, he said, I have no reason to lie, I’ll show you your cancelled appointment right now. He showed me his computer and he had the wrong appointment number. He had it wrong even though I was repeating my appointment number, showing him the screenshot of the info, including the appointment number. Then, he said, what number do you have. I gave him the actual number, and lo and behold, I had an appointment for 7 am. He didn’t even admit he was wrong afterwards.
