Absolutely LOVE it here. Beautiful place, lovely location. Typically a quiet, respectful community. The staff at tidewater are amazing. If you plan to move here be mindful of the ignorant individual who rides a motorcycle in Building B. I have complained several times as he parks outside my window and below my apartment in the garage and revs his engine for several minutes before driving it around the entire complex before exiting. I have company this weekend — and individual who has insomnia and hasn’t slept. It’s a beautiful day so my windows are open and yet again this individual revs his engine outside my apartment and disrupts me and now my company.

Very quiet clean lovely apartment. I love seeing all the puppies! The community has been very welcoming and friendly. I am very excited for the pool and fitness center to open.

We absolutely have Loved Living here at Salisbury Beach at TIDEWATER Been here for 4 years and would never be moving except now we purchased a home. We have the best 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment that overlooks the State Reservation!..outside kitchen..pool..and Gym..all on site! .its peaceful and serene and who ever ends up with my apartment will be very LUCKY! Love MY location. The staff and Maintence guys are top Notch...I can not thank you enough..its been a pleasure living here and I will miss it dearly! The very Best deal in a Rental in the Seacoast!...Warm Regards Laurie & Peter Angel and Jaxx's too! 🐕

I wouldn't move here if I were you. I can't give full details because I still live here, but once my lease is up I will comeback. I don't trust the office people. They will do something to my apt if they knew who I was. The office lies, lies and lies. I have had a few issues and not one has been fixed. There is a office lady named Belinda I believe and her attitude is redicoulous. She gives people dirty looks. Don't believe me look up other review sites and other people say the same. You pay every single bill here. The rent and bills are high. The dog fee is outrageous. $60 per dog a month. Your going to look at a minimum of $2500 in total bills The pool is very small for such a huge complex. I see people outside smoking by the road. I don't smoke, but I do worry they will get hit by a car. I understand not smoking on the front of the grounds, but why they can't have a smoking area in the back is beyond me. The appliances are cheap. The new maintenance man is a moron. Alot better than the one they had with the beard. He was rude and ignorant.. This place is horrible. You see people move in and moving out. People realize this place is bad and leave when their lease is up. That's my plan. I rather live in a motel then here. ONCE MY LEASE IS UP I'LL BE BACK FOR A DETAILED REVIEW. I'M WARNING YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
