My daughter and I were recently here, and we thought the food was delicious. Seating is informal, but once you've ordered, they'll bring your food to your table and check up on you as you eat. Both of us got gyro platters and the falafel over hummus. All was super tasty. Pricing was reasonable for the most part. My only criticism - and believe me, it's a mild one - is that they charge an exorbitant price for a single can of soda. I did not find the food to be overpriced. Definitely try this place. You won't regret it.

Shocked that we have not tried Jafar's before now. Great wraps and the sides were amazing. The salad was fresh the fries were crisp and the meat was simply delicious!

Great tasting dinner!! We tried the Hummus sampler, which tasted very fresh. Dolmas, falafel, gyro salad tasted authentic and overall great quality of all food. When I left, I was thanked for coming in. Great place, friendly staff and had plenty of seating.

A real treasure of the Van Alstyne area. Very good food at reasonable prices given the location, and a nice (albeit small) restaurant. The lamb/beef gyro, rice, and pita bread were excellent. All four of the hummus included in the sampler were pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. The chicken - while good, also paled in comparison to the lamb gyro. Service was good but a bit slow, as there were only two people up front and you could tell they were kept busy.

When we went workers wore masks and gloves. Tables are 6 ft apart and vacated tables were disinfected. They also require masks until you start eating. Great food and service!
